My Folk mitten Designs
When you knit a Folk mitten, it is sure to become an heirloom.
These mittens are easy to knit and work up fast. Fair Isle is knitting in which the color is carried across the back of the work, creating floats. Carry the strands of unused color loosely in the back of the project. Loose stitches can be tightened, but it is almost impossible to loosen stitches that are to tight, and they will cause puckering on the right side of your project, and may even affect the fit.
